SHIPPING POLICY  


Thank you for visiting scarlettgrae.com. Following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 


Shipping Processing Time


All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship through Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, private and local couriers. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


International Shipping


We offer international shipping to North America, Europe, and Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


At this time, we do not ship to Africa, Asia, Antarctica, or South America.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Scarlett Grae is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@scarlettgrae.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Damages 


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@scarlettgrae.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Scarlett Grae is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Scarlett Grae addresses these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
