The day started well before dawn in Mexico City. My friends, both incredibly talented film producers, picked me up from my Airbnb. The streets of Condessa were unusually quiet. We drove about an hour to a hot air balloon launch pad next to the ancient ruins at Teotihuacán. We were the last balloon to slowly lift. As we climbed I saw the sun rise over fields in the distance. The morning haze created a dream-like feel. We drifted, watched and witnessed.
